At Saiyan Paradise, we understand that great trips require careful planning. Your planning fee allows us to research destinations, choose accommodations and experiences, manage details, and create a customized travel plan.
Planning fees start at $50 and vary based on trip complexity. All fees are non-refundable and separate from your travel costs; they do not apply to hotels, flights, or activities.

Yes. Saiyan Paradise may receive commissions from eligible hotels, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers when we book travel on your behalf.
These commissions are generally paid by the supplier and are often received after the travel has been booked and/or completed.
Our planning fee compensates us for the professional time and expertise involved in designing and managing your trip, while supplier commissions are separate compensation paid by participating travel suppliers.
We believe in being transparent about how we are compensated so you always understand the value behind our services.

Yes. We can assist with flights as part of your overall travel planning.
For complex international itineraries, multi-city journeys, and trips involving multiple transportation connections, we can help coordinate your flights with the rest of your itinerary so everything works together seamlessly.
For some trips, we may also recommend that you book certain flights directly with the airline depending on the itinerary, fare, flexibility, or other circumstances. We'll let you know what makes the most sense for your journey.

We can help you find and evaluate vacation-home and short-term rental options when they are appropriate for your trip.
However, not every property or platform is available for us to book directly as a travel advisor. When a preferred rental cannot be booked through our travel-supplier network, we may provide recommendations or guidance for booking it directly.

Absolutely!
We love creating trips that bring people together. Saiyan Paradise can assist with birthdays, family celebrations, girls' trips, destination celebrations, reunions, retreats, and other group getaways.
Group travel requires additional coordination, so planning fees for groups start at $150 and are based on the size and complexity of the trip.

For the best selection and availability, we recommend contacting us 6–12 months before your trip whenever possible.
For luxury travel, milestone celebrations, popular destinations, holidays, villas, large groups, and complex international itineraries, we recommend planning even further in advance.
That said, we understand that sometimes the best trips start with, "So... what if we leave next month?"
If your travel dates are approaching, reach out anyway. We'll let you know what may be possible.

Yes!
Our destination list is meant to showcase areas where we have particular experience or interest — it isn't a list of places we will or won't plan.
If you have a destination in mind that isn't listed on our website, tell us about it when you submit your inquiry. We'll evaluate your request and let you know whether we're able to assist.
Don't see your destination? Just ask. We love a good travel challenge.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier, reservation, rate, and type of travel booked.
Your Saiyan Paradise planning fee remains non-refundable once planning has begun.
If you need to cancel booked travel, we'll help you understand the applicable supplier cancellation policies and assist with the cancellation process when possible. Any refunds, credits, penalties, or fees are determined by the individual travel suppliers and the terms of your reservations.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for eligible trips.

We understand that plans can change.
If you need to make changes after your itinerary has been designed or travel has been booked, we'll work with you to determine what's possible and what additional costs or supplier penalties may apply.
Significant changes to your destination, dates, number of travelers, accommodations, or overall itinerary may require additional planning fees because they can require substantial new research and coordination.
We'll always discuss any additional planning fees with you before doing additional work.

Yes. We don't consider our job finished when you receive your itinerary.
We'll provide pre-trip guidance and remain available for appropriate travel-related support during your journey.
For issues involving airlines, hotels, tours, transportation providers, or other suppliers, we'll help coordinate with the appropriate provider when possible.
Please note that travel support does not guarantee immediate 24/7 response or the ability to resolve situations outside of our control. Emergencies should always be directed to the appropriate local emergency services or supplier first.
Our goal is simple: you should feel supported before, during, and after your journey.
